Bottling Through-Puts

Still wine | corks

  • Terminal uninterrupted, maximum output 4,000 bottles per hour, or 333 cases per hour @ 2,666 cases in 8 hours continual run time

  • Actual cases per day due to mandated breaks, lunch, normal adjustments/stoppage depends upon the wine, packaging, CO2 levels, etc.

Still wine | screw caps

  • Terminal, uninterrupted, maximum output 3,800 bottles per hour, or 316 cases per hour @ 2,533 cases in 8 hours continual run time

  • Actual cases per day due to mandated breaks, lunch, normal adjustments/stoppage depends upon the wine, packaging, CO2 levels, etc.
