We are more than just mobile bottlers

Our ownership and staff have made lifelong careers in the wine business and provide decades of winemaking, bottling and packaging expertise.

We are the only mobile bottling line business in America operating a state-of-the-art GAI 20 filler spout Monoblock that utilizes electro-pneumatic filler valves and a counter-pressure filler bowl for the bottling of sparkling beverages including inline carbonation services

We guarantee the industry’s lowest dissolved oxygen content levels resulting in the elimination of bottle shock and improved shelf life.

Our equipment and services offer many competitive and qualitative advantages:

  • 20 spout bottling line can bottle still AND sparkling beverages on the same day and/or same bottling period

  • Both bottling lines offer 3-head corkers assuring a smooth, slower insertion into the bottle increasing the quality of the seal in the bottle

  • Equipment automation requires 2-3 fewer staff members resulting in reduced overall labor costs, fewer staff sourcing challenges, reduced stress and fatigue as well as reduced overall bottling days

  • Fewer bottling days frees up cellar congestion and management share of mind

  • Equipment can deliver a product to bottle at lower total package oxygen levels that the starting DO level in tank, prior to bottling, due to option of up to three bottle de-aerations with N2 prior to filling

  • Waste water capture options for areas prohibiting rinse water onto parking lot, vegetation, etc

  • Automatic broken bottle washdown features

  • Reduced levels of free SO2 are required to bind dissolved oxygen leading to earlier release dates
